Mr. Bawa Itodo graduated from Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, Nigeria, with a Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology and a Master's degree in International Relations. Additionally, he graduated from the Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology, Zaria, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain. Also, he is a certified logistics specialist, having obtained the Certified International Trade Logistics Specialist Certification from the International Import/Export Institute in Arizona, USA. He is also a member of the African Center for Supply Chain. He demonstrates excellence in facilitation, coaching, and mentoring, with a proven track record of enhancing employee productivity, leadership effectiveness, and customer service standards. 

He is skilled in curriculum building, training evaluation techniques, and both in-person and virtual training delivery. He is a results-driven and accomplished professional with over a decade of experience developing, executing, and evaluating successful training initiatives in various industries. competent in capacity building, performance improvement, and organizational development; has a strong ability to identify training needs and design customized learning initiatives that support business objectives.
